Appointment Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $40. Cancellation/ No Show Policy for Appointments: We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from getting a much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another client fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged a forty-dollar ($40) fee. Scheduled Appointments: We understand that delays can happen however we must try to keep the other clients and staff on time. If a client is 30 minutes past their scheduled time we will have to reschedule the appointment.

7188 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., San Diego, CA 92111 What should you wear? As far as your treatment is concerned, you will be asked to remove your footwear. If you are concerned that something might spill on your belongings, only be concerned about your neck and decolletage areas. You are welcome to remove as much or as little as you like so that you are comfortable during your treatment. Ladies will be provided a spa wrap to use if they wish.
